Recon Development – Terms of Service

Thank you for purchasing from Recon Development. We appreciate your support! Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before making any purchases. By purchasing, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Ownership & Credit

• All content created and sold by Recon Development (including vehicles, graphics, media, and other assets) remains the intellectual property of Recon Development.
• Taking credit for any work created by Recon Development is strictly forbidden. If you showcase our content in screenshots, videos, or media, proper credit must be given to the developers.

2. Redistribution & Resale

• You are not allowed to resell, redistribute, or share any vehicles, graphics, media, or other products created by Recon Development, unless explicitly granted permission.
• Redistribution is only permitted to your own live server. Redistribution to friends, third-party developers, or other servers without permission is prohibited.
• If leaked files are traced back to you, you will be permanently banned with no chance of appeal.

3. Editing & Modifications

• You are not permitted to unlock, rip, or modify any models, graphics, or assets produced by Recon Development.
• YTD files may only be edited where templates are provided for customization.
• All models are sold locked. Unauthorized editing or tampering will result in a permanent ban.

4. Refunds & Payments

• All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless explicitly approved by Recon Development staff.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban and loss of access to all products.
• We currently only accept PayPal and Stripe as payment methods. Do not request alternative payment methods.

5. Usage Disclaimer

• Designs made by Recon Development are primarily intended for LSPDFR (GTA V), not FiveM.
• Products may be used in FiveM at the buyer’s discretion, provided all terms in this document are followed. However, Recon Development does not provide support for FiveM usage.
• Recon Development is not responsible for any damage, performance issues, or crashes caused to your computer, server, or game.

6. Enforcement & Bans

• Recon Development reserves the right to remove or ban you from our Discord server, revoke product access, or prevent future purchases at any time, with or without notice.
• Being a member of leaking communities, or found in possession of leaked files, will result in a permanent ban.
