0. Overview & Scope
Welcome to Nexoria Development Services
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Nexoria Development Discord bots, dashboard control suites, API endpoints, moderation utilities, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Moderation Suite, FiveM Integration, Social Alerts, Fortnite System, Verification, Tickets & Dashboard.
1. Eligibility, Age Requirements & Store Terms
COPPA compliance, merchant eligibility, and purchasing age
By accessing Nexoria Development services, creating a server store, or purchasing digital perks, you agree to the following mandatory age and eligibility rules:
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Nexoria bots and services, in compliance with COPPA and Discord Terms of Service.
Server owners creating shops and receiving payouts must be at least 18 years old (the age of legal majority) or have verified parent/legal guardian authorization and financial oversight.
You must be at least 18 years old or have explicit permission from the primary payment method holder (parent or guardian) to complete checkouts.

3. Server Owner Responsibility
Administrator obligations & config management
Server owners and administrators hold full responsibility for how Nexoria Bots are configured and used in their Discord servers.
Authorized Nexoria Development staff and core developers operating in the United Kingdom, United States, and worldwide (aged 16 and older) are legally authorized representatives empowered to review code, approve or reject marketplace listings and server stores, enforce security policies, and maintain bot infrastructure.
4. Service Availability & Uptime
As-is performance and maintenance updates
All Nexoria Bots and features are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability during Discord API outages or scheduled maintenance.
5. Virtual Economy & Currency
Coins, FiveM Tebex currency & items
Nexoria Bots may include virtual economy features (e.g., Server Coins, XP, FiveM Tebex coins, Fortnite Sprites).
- ●No Real-World Value: Virtual currency has zero cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money.
- ●Trading Restrictions: Exchanging virtual currency or bot items for real-world money or Discord Nitro is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban.
6. Enforcement & Termination
Account suspension and blacklisting policy
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user or server from accessing Nexoria Services at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Nexoria Development shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services.
